Initial Proposal
To provide a Fire safe panel that also improved thermal performance and also improved patient comfort
Worked with the contractor to produce prototype panels which were installed into frames on site and approved for compability and suitability.

A1 Fire Rated Fabrock Core & hard Edge
50mm overall
The panels were fitted into windows on a mix of wards, operating theatres, maternity units over the summer of 2022
Worked closely with the contractor to supply over 400+ panels in small batches as each ward had to vacated and completed in short time scales to minimise disruption.
